Service
This year a new committee chair position was created for SU
bands recruitment, and Casie Goodwin is the chair person.
This comittee will be in charge of service to the bands in
the realm of recruitment in colleges other than Syracuse as
well as within high schools in the area. This fall, members
from Eta Phi will travel to many of the New York State
Field Band Conference shows around Central New York to set
up recruitment tables. Recruitment packets will also be
sent out to high school band directors. If you are
interested in having us come to your school, contact Casie

After Eta Phi and Eta Alpha's 25th Anniversary Gala
the weekend of April 18th to the 20th, the chapters visited
Signature Syracuse, a center for music instruction for
Syracuse's middle and high schoolers, to participate in a
service project. Approximately seventy brothers and sisters
were in attendance to help organize music libraries, take
inventories of instruments music, and to repair broken
instruments. This program was a great success and we plan
on returning to Signature Syracuse to help out regularly in
the future!
